What is snAgentPoePortControl?
This read-create INTEGER enum turns inline power on or off for a port, with values other(1) for ports lacking PoE capability, disable(2), enable(3), and enableLegacyDevice(4) for supporting pre-standard powered devices. Admins set this to enable(3) to power up standards-compliant PoE devices like phones or APs, or enableLegacyDevice(4) to support older devices that don't follow the 802.3af detection protocol. Setting a port to disable(2) would immediately cut power to a connected device on that port, useful for troubleshooting or conserving the power budget.
