Description: ONU MAC Authentication operation object, now, it can only be used to clear the MAC list which had tried to register but had not been authenticated

What is nonAuthOper?

Set to clearNonAuthMacList to wipe the list of ONU MAC addresses that tried to register but failed authentication; it's the only supported value for this object.
