What is sourceVlan?

An encoded list of up to 8 VLANs whose traffic should be mirrored, formatted as a 2-byte count followed by up to 8 2-byte VLAN IDs, per the MIB's own layout description. Admins populate this instead of, or alongside, port-based mirroring when they need to capture traffic by VLAN rather than by physical port.
