What is nbFctrGlbGrntdRun?

This value reports the actual flow control mode the device is currently operating in, such as flowControl, backPressure, or disabled. Admins read it to confirm whether the mode requested via nbFctrGlbReqRun was actually granted and applied by the hardware. For example, if nbFctrGlbReqRun requested enabled(2) but nbFctrGlbGrntdRun shows backPressure(3), the switch is using half-duplex backpressure rather than full IEEE 802.3x flow control.
