Description: The value of sysUpTime at the time the FxPort entered its current operational status. A value of zero indicates that the FxPort's operational status has not changed since the agent last restarted.
What is fcFxPortPhysLastChange?
Reports the sysUpTime value at the moment this FxPort's operational status last changed, or zero if it hasn't changed since the agent restarted. It tells admins how long a port has held its current physical state.
