What is fcFxPortBaudRate?
Reports the FC-0 physical-layer baud rate configured for this FxPort (e.g. 1, 2, or 4 Gbaud); this object is deprecated in favor of newer capability objects. It's still useful for reading legacy link-speed configuration on older Fabric Elements.
