What is fcmSwitchPrincipal?
This read-only object indicates whether a Fibre Channel switch is the principal (primary) switch in its fabric. Only one principal switch is elected in a Fibre Channel fabric to coordinate certain fabric-wide operations. Storage administrators monitor this value to verify switch roles and ensure proper fabric management.
