Description: The number of times that P_BSY was generated by this port as a result of a Class 2 frame that could not be delivered because the destination port was temporarily busy. Note that this counter will never increment for an F_Port.
What is fcmPortLcClass2TxPbsyFrames?
This is the Counter32 (low-capacity) equivalent of fcmPortClass2TxPbsyFrames, counting P_BSY responses this port generated because a destination device was temporarily too busy to accept a Class 2 frame; it never increments on an F_Port. On Counter64-less agents, an admin uses this to spot a locally attached device that regularly can't keep up with Class 2 traffic.
