What is fcmPortLcClass2TxOctets?
This is the Counter32 (low-capacity) equivalent of fcmPortClass2TxOctets, tallying octets in transmitted Class 2 frames on agents that don't support Counter64. An admin should poll it more frequently than its 64-bit counterpart to avoid missing a wraparound on a busy port.
