Description:
The number of times that F_BSY was generated by this port as a result of a Class 2 frame that could not be delivered because either the Fabric or the destination port was temporarily busy. Note that this counter will never increment for an N_Port.
What is fcmPortLcClass2TxFbsyFrames?
This OID holds a counter of how many times this Fibre Channel port sent a 'temporarily busy' message in response to Class 2 frames it couldn't deliver because the network or destination was overloaded. Monitoring this helps identify congestion or performance bottlenecks. A storage network operator would watch this counter to know if a Fibre Channel link is experiencing excessive congestion.
