What is fcmPortLcClass2RxOctets?
This is the Counter32 (low-capacity) equivalent of fcmPortClass2RxOctets, tallying octets in received Class 2 frames on agents that don't support Counter64. An admin uses the growth rate the same way as its 64-bit counterpart to estimate Class 2 receive throughput on the port.
