Description: The number of times that F_BSY was returned to this port as a result of a Class 2 frame that could not be delivered to the other end of the link. This can occur when either the fabric or the destination port is temporarily busy. Note that this counter will never increment for an F_Port.
What is fcmPortLcClass2RxFbsyFrames?
This counter tracks the number of times F_BSY (Fabric Busy) status was returned when a Class 2 Fibre Channel frame could not be delivered, indicating temporary congestion at either the fabric or destination port. Class 2 delivers frames in order but does not require delivery acknowledgment. Port administrators monitor this to detect fabric congestion and performance issues affecting Class 2 traffic delivery.
