What is fcmPortLcClass2Discards?
This is the Counter32 (low-capacity) equivalent of fcmPortClass2Discards, counting discarded Class 2 frames on agents that don't support Counter64. An admin treats a rising value the same as its 64-bit counterpart: a signal of receive-side trouble on this port.
