What is fcmPortInvalidOrderedSets?

This Counter32 counts invalid ordered sets (the special signaling patterns used for framing and link control) received at this port. Like other low-level link error counters in this table, a rising count signals physical-layer trouble an admin should investigate before it escalates to dropped frames.
