What is fcmPortClass2RxPrjtFrames?
This Counter64 counts how many times this port received a P_RJT response because a Class 2 frame it sent was rejected at the destination N_Port. An admin watches this alongside P_BSY counts to distinguish outright rejections (protocol/addressing problems) from simple destination-busy conditions.
