destination port is temporarily busy.
What is fcmPortClass2RxPbsyFrames?
This read-only counter tracks how many times a Fibre Channel port received a 'Port Busy' (P_BSY) response when attempting to deliver Class 2 frames to a remote port. P_BSY is returned when the destination port is temporarily congested or unable to accept more frames. Storage and SAN administrators watch this metric to identify bottlenecks or oversubscribed links in their Fibre Channel fabric.
