What is fcmFxPortCapHoldTimeMin?
This is the minimum holding time, in microseconds, that this Fx_Port is capable of supporting for undeliverable frames. An admin uses it together with fcmFxPortCapHoldTimeMax to know the configurable range when tuning fcmFxPortHoldTime for latency-sensitive traffic.
