What is fcmFxPortCapBbCreditMin?
This is the minimum number of receive buffers, in buffer-to-buffer credit units, that this Fx_Port is capable of offering to attached Nx_Ports. An admin uses this together with fcmFxPortCapBbCreditMax to understand the port's buffering range during capacity planning for long-distance links, where more BB credit is needed to sustain throughput.
