What is agentIscsiFlowAccelerationAgingTimeOut?

This sets, in seconds, how long the switch waits after the last observed frame of an iSCSI session before aging that session out of its tracking table. An admin tunes this to balance keeping active-but-quiet sessions tracked against reclaiming table space from sessions that have actually ended. For example, setting this to 300 would let a session persist in the table for five minutes of inactivity before being aged out.
