What is agentResCtlCacheFlushStatus?

This read-write control flushes the DNS resolver's dynamic cache when set to dnsCacheFlushEnable, removing all cached entries. An admin uses this to force stale cached DNS records to be discarded and re-resolved, such as after a DNS server change or when troubleshooting name resolution pointing to an outdated IP. For example, after updating a DNS server's records for a hostname, an admin would set agentResCtlCacheFlushStatus to dnsCacheFlushEnable(1) so the device picks up the new IP instead of a stale cached entry.
