What is agentDhcpServerPingPktNos?
This sets how many ICMP ping packets the DHCP server sends to an address before offering it to a client, as a conflict check, and accepts 0 or 2-10 (default 2). Setting it to 0 disables the pre-assignment ping test entirely, which speeds up lease offers but risks handing out an address that's already in use.
