Read-only enumeration explaining why captive portal is operationally disabled: none(0), adminDisabled(1), noIPAddress(2), noIPRoutingIntf(3), or routingDisabled(4). Check this when captive portal won't come up even though it's administratively enabled — e.g. noIPAddress means the associated interface needs an IP assigned first.
