What is bigipGtmServerEnabled?
This is a notification event that fires when a server transitions from disabled to enabled state in the load-balancer's global traffic management system. It alerts monitoring systems that traffic can now be routed to a previously unavailable server. Network operators watch for this notification to confirm when maintenance is complete and services are returning online.
