What is fpIngIBPCBPFullDrops?
Hardware ASIC counter (Counter64): the number of packets discarded because of Ingress Back Pressure (flow control), or because the Common Buffer Pool is full. This tracks a specific chip-level drop/discard reason on the switching silicon's ingress or egress pipeline; admins watch these alongside interface error counters to tell whether packet loss is happening in the switch fabric rather than on the wire.
