What is fpIngHeadroomCells?
Hardware ASIC counter (Counter32) reporting the current number of buffer cells this priority group is using from its reserved headroom pool at ingress, a live buffer-occupancy snapshot rather than a drop/discard reason. Headroom absorbs brief bursts (e.g. during PFC pause) before falling back to the shared pool, so admins watch this to see how close a priority group is to exhausting its dedicated burst buffer.
