What is locRadioStat?

This is a notification-only value reporting the local radio's status as a color code: 0 for green, 1 for yellow, 2 for red, or 3 for gray. Admins use it, carried inside SNMP trap notifications, to get an at-a-glance health indicator for the local end of the wireless link without polling detailed metrics. A trap carrying locRadioStat of 2, red, would immediately alert the admin that the local radio has a serious problem needing attention.
