What is ntpTimeZoneSelect?
Read-write enumerated selector (0-28) for the radio's local time zone, e.g. 6 for Central Time or 18 for Moscow, per the list in the source DESCRIPTION. Changing it and committing via commitNtpSettings triggers an automatic radio reboot so the new zone takes effect.
