Module: EdgeSwitch-QOS-DIFFSERV-PRIVATE-MIB

OID (symbolic): EdgeSwitch-QOS-DIFFSERV-PRIVATE-MIB::agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtPoliceColorConformMode

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4413.1.1.7.3.4.1.40

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Policing color conform mode -- indicates the color awareness mode of conforming traffic for the policing style (simple, singlerate, or tworate) currently configured for the specified class instance within the policy. The default value is blind(1).

Any value other than blind(1) denotes the packet field to check for the existing conform color marking, which is compared to the agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtPoliceColorConformVal object value. Packets matching this specification are considered to be colored 'green'.

This read-only object reflects the DiffServ class definition as indicated by agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtPoliceColorConformIndex. This attribute is only valid for agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtEntryType values of policeSimple(6), policeSinglerate(7), or policeTworate(8).

What is agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtPoliceColorConformMode?

A read-only field reflecting which packet field (CoS, CoS2, DSCP, or IP Precedence) the class referenced by agentDiffServPolicyAttrStmtPoliceColorConformIndex uses to identify 'green' conforming traffic; blind(1) means color-aware policing isn't in use.
