This deprecated flag indicated whether the other columns in this SummitVC virtual-chassis stacking link table row actually contained valid data for that entry. Since the object is marked deprecated, an admin encountering it today should treat it as a legacy indicator from an older stacking implementation rather than rely on it for current virtual-chassis link monitoring. On older Summit stacking hardware, a value of false here would have told the admin that a given Summitlink table row was a placeholder with no real neighbor data yet.
