What is extremeIdMgrMemUsageLevel?

This value reports which of four defined memory-usage tiers the Identity Management feature's internal database currently falls into, based on percentage thresholds ranging from normal usage up to 80%, through high, critical, and finally maximum near 98% or above. Administrators watch this level to know when the identity database -- which tracks things like authenticated users and devices -- is approaching capacity and may need tuning, such as adjusting aging timers, to free up space. For example, a value of critical(3) tells an admin the identity database has exceeded 90% of its configured maximum size and needs attention soon before hitting the maximum tier.
