Description: The effective stale aging time because of memory usage level change (in seconds).

What is extremeIdMgrEffectiveStaleAgingTime?

This value reports how long, in seconds, stale (inactive) entries are currently allowed to remain in the Identity Management database before being aged out, a duration that the switch automatically shortens as memory usage climbs into higher tiers to free up space. Administrators use this to understand that under memory pressure, previously-learned identity entries may be evicted faster than the administrator's baseline configuration would normally allow. For example, this value might drop from a normal setting of 3600 seconds down to a much shorter interval like 300 seconds once the database's memory usage climbs into the critical tier, causing older entries to be purged more aggressively.
