What is extremeEdpPortIfIndex?

Identifies, by standard ifIndex number, the local physical port on this Extreme switch where an EDP (Extreme Discovery Protocol) neighbor entry was discovered. Since EDP is Extreme's Cisco-CDP-like neighbor discovery protocol, this index lets an admin map a discovered neighbor device back to the exact local port it is plugged into. For example, an extremeEdpPortIfIndex value of 1005 would tie a neighbor's identity, software version, and slot/port info to the switch's port with ifIndex 1005.
