What is extremeDosNoticeLevel?
This read-write integer (150-100000, default 4000) sets the packets-per-second rate that triggers a logging notice when DoS protection is active. Admins tune it to define the lower threshold at which suspicious traffic gets logged for review, without yet taking blocking action. For example, lowering it to 500 makes the switch log a notice sooner during a moderate traffic spike.
