Description: If the queried span in a T1 span, then this field will contain the number of Bit Frame Errors that have occurred on this span since the span became active or since the last request.
If the queried span in an E1 span, then this field will contain the number of Frame Alignment Signal Errors that have occurred on this span since the span became active or since the last request
What is excelSpanFrameErrors?
For a T1 span, the count of Bit Frame Errors; for an E1 span, the count of Frame Alignment Signal errors -- whichever applies to the span type currently selected via excelLogicalSpanId. A rising count here typically means the far-end and near-end framing configuration (e.g. ESF vs D4, or E1 framing mode) don't actually match.
