What is excelMcbUsage?
Percentage of Message Control Blocks (MCBs) currently in use on the selected card -- MCBs are the switch's internal buffers for passing signaling/control messages between processes. A high or climbing percentage indicates the card is running low on internal messaging resources, which can cause call-processing failures before the card's CPU itself looks overloaded.
