Description: A value of 2 will optimize the TCP stack for low bandwidth networks. A value of 1 will optimize the TCP stack for high bandwidth networks.
What is tcpipLowBandwidth?
Selects whether the TCP stack is tuned for low-bandwidth (yes) or high-bandwidth (no) networks. Adjusting this can help print reliability over slow WAN links where the default high-bandwidth tuning causes excessive retransmits.
