Description: A string indicating the system up time for the device.
What is genSysUpTimeString?
A human-readable string (up to 35 characters) giving the device's uptime, as an alternative to the standard sysUpTime TimeTicks counter. Handy for quick visual confirmation in a print-server's own web/telnet config screen of how long it's been running since the last reset.
