Force-Non-Sequenced - Will only use Non-Sequenced Routing

In order for changes to this variable to take effect, the print server must be reset. See cmdReset to do this.

What is bvSetSequenceRouting?

Selects the VINES routing mode: automatic (use sequenced routing if available, else non-sequenced), force-sequenced, or force-non-sequenced. Per the MIB's own warning, forcing sequenced routing requires a VINES 5.5+ server on the same subnet; a device reset is required after changing it.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.683.6.3.3.3.3
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ESI-MIB::bvSetSequenceRouting

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.683.6.3.3.3.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ESI-MIB::bvSetSequenceRouting.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.683.6.3.3.3.3.1 i <value>

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> bvSetSequenceRouting.1
