What is swPortCtrlNwayState?
Sets a port's speed, duplex mode, and auto-negotiation (N-Way) behavior, e.g. "nway-enabled" for auto-negotiation or "nway-disabled-100Mbps-Full" to force 100Mbps full duplex. Use a forced setting when a link partner doesn't negotiate reliably.
