What is elnVlanSwitchingRule?
Chooses the Layer-2 switching behavior for a VLAN, from normal(0) bridging to forced-forwarding modes with IP validation used in subscriber-access deployments. Leave at normal(0) unless the network design specifically calls for source-address or forced-forwarding switching.
