Description:
The number of seconds between retries.
What is trapDestTimeout?
This object sets the number of seconds the system waits between retries when sending SNMP trap notifications to a remote destination. Higher values reduce retry overhead but increase notification delays, while lower values ensure faster retransmission of critical alarms. An operator would adjust this based on network reliability and alarm delivery requirements.
