What is dsx1TestESNonUASs?
The count of Errored Seconds that occurred outside of any Unavailable-Seconds period, i.e. isolated error seconds rather than ones swept up in a sustained outage. It helps separate scattered transient errors from the errors counted during full link unavailability.
