What is eqlStoragePoolStatsSnapshotResvBorrowing?
This counter measures the amount of free snapshot reserve space that other volumes or snapshots are actively borrowing, showing how much of the snapshot pool's buffer capacity is being used for overflow or temporary allocation. An operator tracks this metric to predict when the snapshot reserve will be exhausted and to plan capacity to avoid snapshot deletion or volume offline events.
