What is eqlDiskSmartInfoSpinupRetries?
The drive's SMART attribute counting Spin-Up Retries, the number of times the drive needed extra attempts to reach operating speed, undocumented beyond its name in the source MIB. Admins treat a nonzero or rising count as a sign of a struggling spindle motor.
