Description: This variable specifies the disk serial number.
What is eqlDiskSerialNumber?
The disk's serial number string, up to 20 ASCII characters per the ATA spec's "Serial number" field, defaulting to "unknown serial#" if unavailable. Admins use this to uniquely identify a specific physical drive, for example when opening an RMA with the drive vendor.
