What is etsysTxqMonitorPortReset?

A control object that always reads false and, when set to true, clears any Transmit Queue Monitor action currently applied to the port. Admins use it to manually recover a port that Transmit Queue Monitor has put into logging, ignorePause, or down state, without waiting for the configured down-time to expire. Setting this to true on a port stuck in down(5) status returns it to normal(2) if monitoring is enabled, or disabled(1) otherwise.
