What is etsysOspfExtNbrNumRequests?
A gauge showing the number of LSAs requested from this neighbor for which a response is still pending; it increments when an LS Request is sent and decrements as the corresponding LS Update arrives, so a persistently high value suggests the neighbor is slow or unresponsive.
