What is etsysEncrDot1xAuthControlledPortControl?

This object holds, in encrypted form, the 802.1x controlled port control mode for a port, one of forceUnauthorized, auto, or forceAuthorized as defined in IEEE 802.1x Section 9.6.4.1. Admins set this to force a port's authentication behavior, such as always blocking or always allowing traffic regardless of supplicant authentication. For example, an encrypted value decoding to forceAuthorized(3) keeps the port open without requiring 802.1x authentication.
