What is etsysConfigMgmtChangeOperStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports the operational state of a configuration change request as inactive, pending, running, success, or failure, corresponding to where the row's RowStatus and processing currently stand. Admins poll this object after activating a change row to know when it is safe to check the results or clean up the entry. For example, a monitoring script would poll this OID every few seconds after setting the row active, waiting for it to transition from running to success or failure.
