What is etsysConfigMgmtChangeEnqueuedTime?

This read-only DateAndTime, expressed in device local time, records when this configuration change request was last placed into the execution queue, returning the all-zero value '0000000000000000'H if it has never been queued. Admins use it to build a timeline of when a configuration operation actually started relative to when it was requested, useful for correlating with other device events. For example, a large gap between the row's activation and its enqueued time would indicate the entity's change queue was backed up with other pending requests.
